The scope of the project is to harness the capability of rationally designed RNA-encoded genetic circuits to develop novel frameworks to biomarkers evaluation, predictive of tumor emergence and progression.Within the research team, your main responsibilities will be to analyze omics data deriving from RNA-sequencing, single cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq.
