The candidate will be responsible for delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on financial performance, thereby supporting production, logistics, supply chain, quality and management in making fact-based, financially sound decisions.
Primary goals for this role include:
* Support production, logistics, supply chain and quality by means of managing, reporting, tracking, and controlling the functional budgets, costs, capital expenditures, and cash; analyse & report on financial performance.
* Work together with factory teams and support the measurements on steadily improvements on costs and productivity.
* Support the calculation of hourly rates, surcharge rates, manufacturing costs and monitoring of the cost against benchmarks.
* Prepare executive reports including key performance metrics.
* Manage finance master data in the company ERP.
To be successful in the role we are looking for:
* Up to two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial site belonging to structured companies
* Working experience with business planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis processes
* Background in accounting, economics, or business administration
* Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel as necessary)
* Strong analytical skills with an eye on details
* Driven and pro-active, self-starter, and enthusiastic
* Fluent English
* Team player
