Specific responsabilities: - Deep dive into the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) and our internal labor policies - Support the design and analysis of innovative labor agreements - Take part in meetings with social partners and contribute to strategic discussions - Collaborate across industrial relations and broader HRprocesses What we’re looking for: - Background in Law (Master’s in Labor Law is a plus) - Solid understanding of labor & union regulations - Strong analytical and communication skills - Fluent in English and confident with Excel & PowerPoint - Curious, resilient, and ready to grow in a dynamic corporate environment What we offer Contract type: Full-time internship, 6 months Location: Crespellano (BO Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
