Transportation Specialist

What are key responsibilities? Scheduling and preparing shipments, and coordinating with various stakeholders (carriers, suppliers, internal teams). Overseeing the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery. Ensuring adherence to all internal requirements, specific documentation, relevant safety regulations, transportation laws, and company policies. Request, book transportation quotations and manage with internal stakeholders and customers, based on specific requirements and needs, while maintaining service quality. Tracking shipments, monitoring delays or issues, and providing updates to relevant parties. Troubleshooting transportation issues, resolving delays, and ensuring smooth operations.
We are looking for? Experinced (3+) specialist who know logistic principles and transportation management Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics principles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools: (e.g., transportation management systems). Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
