Overview
The Buyer Assistant will be part of the Procurement Department, reporting to the Indirect Materials Manager, and will be responsible for supporting buyers in the procurement process.
Main Activities & ResponsibilitiesOrder management using the E-Procurement system
Administrative support
Perform tenders and conduct simple negotiations
Assist buyers throughout tendering and bidding processes
Support buyers in suppliers scouting and evaluation activitiesJob RequirementsEducation: University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or equivalent
Fluency in English and Italian
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge and understanding of Marketing & Communication is preferredSoft SkillsGood interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in teams
Good organizational skills
