Role Overview
As an Onshore Structure Site Engineer, you will join the Civil Department within the ENCAR business line, supporting structural steelwork engineering activities for industrial onshore projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Discipline Leader in applying company standards, procedures, and work instructions
* Define steelwork activities and deliverables; develop schedules aligned with contractual requirements
* Coordinate engineering activities (internal & subcontracted) ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance
* Design steel structures for industrial buildings, pipe racks, warehouses, and process facilities
* Coordinate with Engineering subcontractors and Steel Vendors
* Ensure 3D modeling and drawing extraction aligned with structural calculations
* Manage interfaces with other disciplines
* Prepare detailed BOQs and maintain updated MTOs
* Monitor scope changes and update quantity, manhour, and cost estimates
* Prepare technical specifications for steel materials and support Procurement activities
* Review and approve shop drawings; monitor fabrication and delivery schedules
* Provide technical support to Construction and Site teams
* Prepare site modification drawings and manage punch list clearance
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
* Master's Degree in Structural Engineering xivgfpx (preferred)
* 5–10 years of relevant experience in structural steelworks (industrial projects preferred)
Technical Skills
* CAD Software: AutoCAD / BricsCAD / MicroStation
* 3D modeling & steel detailing experience preferred
Project Details
* Working Hours per Day: 8 hours
* Working Days per Week: 5 days
* Availability: ASAP
* Contract Type: Permanent
