Who You’ll Be
You will be the visual eye and creative brain of our content team, bringing to life bold ideas through impactful graphics and visual storytelling. This position requires a blend of strong design skills, a sharp content sensibility, and the curiosity to contribute beyond execution. We are therefore looking for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and the creative agility to move quickly from concept to creation—someone who’s not only a skilled designer, but also brings editorial flair and a proactive mindset to the table.
What You’ll Do
As a Visual Content Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and bringing creative ideas to life across our digital channels. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
* Content Production: Design visual assets for social media, newsletters, and internal/external presentations (static visuals and motion videos);
* Format Development: Support the team in building the visual structure of native content formats for Meta, Google and TikTok;
* Creative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming and content ideation, from research to execution;
* Tool Mastery: Work with graphic design tools-and video editing software-to craft visually engaging outputs;
* AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, Runway) to enrich creativity, accelerate workflows, and explore new visual directions.
Who We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in the final stages) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field;
* Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Figma;
* A strong visual sense and an eye for aesthetics, paired with a genuine interest in content creation;
* Creativity, independence, and a proactive attitude in managing tasks and proposing ideas;
* Strong experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects;
* Familiarity or curiosity towards AI tools for creative and editorial workflows (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL-E, Runway).

Hiring Process

* Business Case – A creative task to evaluate your visual and content thinking.
* Final Interview – A conversation with our founders: the CPO and the CEO, to discuss on business case, vision and mindset.
