For an IT services company working on scientific research projects, and part of an Open Source Community based in Rome and Milan, we are looking for a:
Inside Sales / Sales Backoffice Specialist (REMOTE)
In practice, you will:
• Support Sales Executives in their daily tasks.
• Collect, review, and assemble proposal documents (even when first drafted by others).
• Manage subscription renewals, ensuring clients feel guided and supported.
• Keep the CRM in perfect shape: updated, accurate, clean.
• Assist with administrative coordination for offers, contracts, procurement, and invoicing.
• Lend a hand to Marketing for campaigns, events, mailings, and operational followup.
This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in making things flow and who enjoys being at the center of a lot of different activities — without the pressure of a quota-carrying sales role.
Requisiti
• Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business, Economics, Communication, Digital Management, or similar.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial support, back-office, or sales operations roles.
• English language (C1 LEVEL).
• PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Organization and precision.
• Proactivity, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have:
• Other European languages.
• CRM experience.
• Experience with Universities/Research institutions.
