Oversee direct purchases of various components both in Italy and abroad. Manage orders and Supplier KPIs, including activities related to quality and delivery improvements. Negotiate contractual terms focusing on total cost, quality standards, and lead times. Requisiti Diploma or Degree (three-year or master's) in technical disciplines. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within medium-sized engineering companies, preferably in earthmoving, carpentry, or construction machinery sectors. Excellent negotiation and organizational skills. Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Teamwork aptitude and goal-oriented mindset.
