Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer will lead and execute top-tier digital and print design projects aimed at elevating the brand identity and supporting the marketing strategies.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, the ideal candidate will manage the full design process—from concept to delivery. The role will ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, mentor junior designers, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life. The deep understanding of both digital user experience and traditional print execution will help shape the visual language of the brand.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver compelling visuals for digital, print, and packaging aligned with brand strategy.
* Create physical and digital mockups.
* Design graphic content, illustrations, and layouts with a strong user journey perspective.
* Manage and refine design projects and campaigns from start to finish.
* Oversee and evolve brand guidelines.
* Ensure cohesive storytelling across media formats—still and motion.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project deadlines.
* Stay updated on industry trends and visual innovations.
* Handle photo retouching and print layout processes.
Qualifications & Skills
* Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
* 6 years of experience in a similar role within luxury fashion brands.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Premiere).
* Experience in both print and digital production.
* Familiarity with video editing and 3D modeling is a plus.
* Working knowledge of iOS.
* Strong visual and aesthetic skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to receive and integrate feedback constructively.
* Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
