For this role, we are looking for a Project Manager to support the creation of the Omni-channel Retail Experience, enhancing the customer journey by integrating physical and digital touchpoints. /p h3Contract /h3 pFixed-term contract (maternity leave) /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ol liDesign and deploy initiatives related to omnichannel retail experience and e-commerce programs. /li liFinalize and activate pilots, define KPIs, and monitor project ramp-up across regions and dealer networks. /li liEnsure proper resource allocation for the project. /li liCollaborate with core teams (Digital, CRM, Brand, Customer Care, Connectivity e-Mobility, ICT, Regions, Purchasing, Finance). /li liMonitor results and support corrective actions. /li liEnsure continuous adoption and evolution of the program to meet business objectives. /li /ol h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Marketing or Economics. /li li5+ years experience as a Project Manager in retail/dealer management within luxury, automotive, or FMCG industries. Digital retailing and customer experience expertise are a plus. /li liFluency in Italian and very good English (C1 minimum). /li liProficiency in Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus. /li liDeep knowledge of digital tools and retail sales processes in the luxury sector. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment, accuracy, and teamwork skills. /li liPersonal interest in automotive, luxury, and digital trends. /li /ul h3Recruitment Process /h3 pInitial CV screening, with encouragement to customize your application and include a cover letter.
