What You Can Expect Assist in planning, executing, and reconciling logistics for events—virtual, physical, or hybrid—as well as sales & marketing meetings and congresses. Develop a thorough understanding of the events environment, including skills and industry knowledge to organize events from start to finish. Prepare event budgets, conduct research, and analyze post-event activities. Support the design and facilitation of educational experiences for healthcare professionals. How You'll Create Impact Organize and participate in setting meeting goals and objectives following MedTech Europe guidelines and Zimmer Biomet compliance policies. Plan for events and develop booths for congresses. Prepare preliminary, working, and final budgets for meetings. Negotiate contracts with hotels, conference centers, vendors, and service providers. Manage technology vendors for digital events, including setup and registration, acting as liaison between stakeholders and vendors. Ensure on-site event execution prioritizing customer experience. Align event outcomes with corporate goals and objectives. Develop event materials, manage F&B, schedules, manifests, BEOs, housing, and participant registration processes. Coordinate with internal and external personnel, including senior management, vendors, and healthcare professionals. Handle post-event duties such as invoicing, expense analysis, and success reporting. Collaborate with surgeons, delegates, and marketing teams to deliver event plans. Assist with engagement order administration and financials using Medispend and Hive9 systems. Ensure participant registration accuracy via CVENT. Conduct learning needs analysis and evaluate instructional materials. Maintain effective communication with project teams and subject matter experts to meet goals. What Makes You Stand Out Education Degree or certification in commercial education, meeting and congress industry, or equivalent. Professional Experience 3-5 years in meeting and congress planning; combination of education and experience considered. Special Expertise Proficiency with common software tools. Ability to develop programs aligned with strategic goals. Languages Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous. Your Background Strong communication skills, especially in English. Excellent organizational and motivational abilities. Customer service commitment and team management skills. Interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders. Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems proactively. Proven success in education management roles.
