Find your future with us. /p pBoeing Global Services is excited to find a Logistics Service Representative to support the CH‑47 Italy PBL program. We are seeking a dedicated individual to set up and manage a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment; help develop and implement PBL‑specific processes and procedures; and execute day‑to‑day supply support activities. The ideal candidate brings strong logistics experience, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement to ensure reliable sustainment of CH‑47 operations. /p h3Position Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecute overall warehouse operations, including implementing procedures, issuing aircraft parts, and receiving returned repairable components. /li liInspect parts for damage, serviceability, proper paperwork, and assist with packaging for shipment. /li liEnsure data accuracy within the inventory management system and conduct annual audits and cycle counts of on‑hand spare parts. /li liResearch, identify, and resolve supply support system inventory discrepancies. /li liMonitor logistics system performance and investigate demand management and replenishment processes. /li liCoordinate the movement of components through the repair and return cycle. /li liReview, aggregate, and approve required company reports while managing field office resources. /li liProvide supply support sustainment services for PBL supply‑related topics. /li liEnsure effective handling of HAZMAT/Dangerous Goods materials. /li liMaintain an accurate, up‑to‑date register of all material inflows and outflows in compliance with TULPS Regulations. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of domestic and/or international logistics experience. /li liMinimum 2 years of transportation experience. /li liMinimum 3 years of warehouse experience. /li liMinimum 2 years of experience with global trade compliance. /li liExperience in data analysis. /li liProficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management systems. /li liProficient/Fluent in English and Italian across speaking, reading, and writing. /li liAbility to obtain base access and pass local background check during the onboarding process. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liAssociates degree, certifications or equivalent of Education and experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. /li liPrior Military Aviation logistics experience. /li liExperience with GOLD/GOLDEsp preferred. /li liExperience with TAMMS tools such as TAV/WOW preferred. /li /ul h3Typical Education/Experience /h3 pAssociates degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. /p h3Visa Sponsorship /h3 pEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. /p h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pWe are an equal opportunity employer.
