The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a group of people and handle a variety of projects for both local and international clients. 1. Be an expert in the software systems implemented by the company.
2. Lead a group of people for a variety of project for both local and international clients.
3. Analyse client requirements, design solutions and compile functional and technical specifications.
4. Perform installations of software and implementations of the specified solutions.
5. Perform quality assurance and provide user training and handholding.
6. Provide technical support remotely and on-site.
7. Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
8. Provide consulting to help clients use technology to optimise their operations.
9. Participate in presentations to potential clients and the preparation of proposals.
10. According to seniority, manage people and projects.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
11. Holder of a University degree in a relevant field
12. 8+ years of previous working experience implementing complex software systems in a leadership role, including substantial experience in managing people and projects.
13. Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
14. Strong understanding of enterprise business processes
15. Some understanding of databases and database programming.
16. Strong communications skills
