Carrying out internal audits (once trained and approved as an auditor and thence audit team leader)Internal Audit planning/preparation, audit conduct, report writing, report distributionPerform risk analysis of any non-conformances (NC) identifiedEnsure completion of audit non-conformances and update the non-conformance management system recordsEnsure external audit reports and findings are loaded to the NC Management Tool and any findings/actions are completed within the agreed timescales
General Accountabilities
Assist and guide non-conformance recipients in the use of the NC Management ToolTake a proactive approach in personal development
Requirements
Higher education, high school diploma or university degreePreliminary professional work experience in the field of aeronautics highly appreciatedKnowledge of EN 9100 standard, Part 21 G/J highly appreciatedKnowledge of problem-solving tools and techniques appreciatedExcellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood knowledge of English language (written and spoken)Knowledge of the organisational structureSense of responsibility, strong team working attitude, decision making, work under high pressure in a complex organisation, maintaining quality and respect of timingMedium flexibility to travel in different Company location
