Job Description
* University degree (preferably in computer sciences) or equivalent education.
* At least five years of experience in the information systems field, of which at least three years were in an IT/IS technical field dealing with ITSM installation, configuration, and support.
* Broad technical background in the area of IT.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, in technical and non-technical areas with technicians and non-technical managers particularly in trying circumstances.
* Proven ability to analyze and document IT concepts and architectures.
* Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Good experience implementing and maintaining ITIL-aligned processes within an ITSM tool.
* Good experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Javascript) for automation and integrations.
* Knowledge of relational databases (SQL/Oracle/MongoDB), operating systems (Windows/Linux) and web services (Rest/Soap APIs).
* Technical certifications in IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL Foundation/Intermediate/Practitioner) is desirable.
* Proven ability to translate a strategy into actionable and measurable items.
* Good knowledge of IT security concepts and their implementation.
* NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable.

Post Details
* Basic monthly salary: EUR 5 376.14, tax free – before insurance and pension contributions.
* This position is required for a limited time and the incumbent of this post will be offered a definite duration contract.
