About the role
Autronica is now seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in Genoa, Italy and become part of the Global Maritime & Energy Service Department. As a Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our global service operations – acting as a key connection point between customers, service engineers, partners worldwide and internal teams, ensuring customers receive world‐class support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Your responsibilities as a Service Coordinator will be to:
Act as the primary customer contact within our 24/7 global service operations.
Coordinate service and commissioning requests across customers, shipyards, shipowners and internal teams.
Manage and track all cases in our CRM system Salesforce, ensuring efficient handling and follow‐up.
Assign requests to the right teams, engineers, and service partners.
Support smooth global operations through daily handovers and close internal collaboration.
Deliver high‐quality support, including dedicated care for key customers.
Plan and coordinate activities with our global service network.
Arrange travel, issue purchase orders, and support invoicing processes.
Act as a key link between service, sales, and project teams.
Take ownership to ensure seamless, high‐quality service delivery.

Required qualifications
Previous experience in a similar coordination, customer service, or operational support role.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Financial and commercial understanding.
Experience working with ERP systems and sales/service tools such as Salesforce.
Preferred qualifications
Experience working in a global or international business environment.
Experience within the Maritime and/or Oil & Gas/ Energy industry.
Customer management experience.
