* Experience in leading a high-volume catering business
* Proven experience in coordinating a group of people with the ability to change habits and manage conflicts
* Knowledge of food business solutions, compliance standards, and food safety standards
* Knowledge of local food legislation
* Understanding of national business direction, consumer and market research, food trends, and customer buying behavior
* Analytical skills and the ability to apply strategic planning
* Planning and organizational skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities
* Curiosity and the ability to find new ways of working
* Ability to build trustworthy relationships
* Ability to handle multiple topics and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Self-reliant and self-motivated, with proven teamwork skills and the ability to work independently
* Ability to work within a strong framework and deliver strong business results through people
* Proven ability to maintain effective leadership behavior under pressure or setbacks
* Proficiency in English and Italian
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Contribute to implementing global and national compliance standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and co-workers
* Ensure the commercial agenda by securing retail foundations, sales steering tools, food safety, and local authenticity
* Lead and implement the commercial strategy, calendar, and communication strategy
* Develop and improve customer feedback mechanisms
* Ensure excellence in operations, high-quality customer experience, and optimized commercial levels
* Ensure the team has the right competence regarding IKEA Food range and services, and can effectively share this with customers
* Implement global and national people and sustainability strategies
* Maintain quality standards in customer and co-worker restaurants, manage food supply chain, and ensure range competence
* Act as a commercial business partner within the IKEA store
* Lead and coach the kitchen production team, considering brand position, legal compliance, and sustainability
* Manage food supply chain for efficiency and profitability
* Maintain the kitchen and equipment in optimal condition
* Contribute to business and action plans
* Build a diverse, high-performing team and empower co-workers
* Support the team on the floor as needed
