YOUR RESPONSABILITIES Drive the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) Ensure that all relevant Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and processes are in place to ensure compliance with legal and international standards Plan, coordinate and execute internal audits, support customer audits, and prepare and accompany certification audits Support and advise process owners in designing, maintaining, and improving IMS processes and documentation Contribute to the annual Management Review and ensure transparency of system performance through KPIs Deliver training and awareness programs to strengthen IMS understanding and application across teams Support the development and execution of the IMS strategy, roadmap and governance framework Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Act as a central coordination point for IMS topics, ensuring alignment across functions and stakeholders YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field Several years of experience in quality management and/or integrated management systems Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ideally complemented by ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 27001 Experience in audit management (internal and external); auditor qualification Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and improve complex systems High level of ownership, structure and solution orientation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels and cross-functional teams Structured and independent working style with strong prioritization skills Process-oriented thinking and ability to analyse and improve processes Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits SHAPING THE FUTURE, TOGETHER!
