We are looking for a curious and motivated individual eager to grow in the fields of IT systems, networking, and infrastructure management.
Your role
In this role, you will support our IT team in providing technical assistance to employees, configuring workstations, installing and maintaining systems, and monitoring the company’s network infrastructure, with the goal of becoming a future internal point of reference for IT-related activities.
Main activities
* Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues;
* Configure, install, and deploy PCs, peripherals, and workstations;
* Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and IT services;
* Support network cabling activities and the organization of network infrastructure;
* Monitor the status and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure;
* Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and IT asset inventories;
Technical requirements
* Technical diploma, university degree, or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
* Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
* Good familiarity with PC and peripheral installation and configuration;
* Basic understanding of computer hardware and Local Area Networks (LAN);
* Ability to identify and troubleshoot first-level technical issues;
* Interest in IT systems, networking, and infrastructure;
* Good command of English (minimum B2 level required) and excellent command of Italian;
* Curiosity and a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills;
* Passion and curiosity for automation, domotics, and emerging technologies;
* Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Accuracy and attention to detail;
