/p pb PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS /b /pp We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Financial Analyst to join our team.
This internship offers the opportunity to identify trends that impact the business and gather financial information necessary to support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
/p pb MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: /b /pulli Review subsidiaries monthly, quarterly and annually financial reporting for accuracy and clarity.
/lili Prepare monthly management reports with variance explanation of month variances vs BDG and PY.
/lili Prepare bridge analysis on volumes, price, FX, to highlight the main drivers of the Sales and Margin variances.
/lili Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
/lili Work with Accounting Manager on technical accounting matters and audit support /lili Credit Risk Monitoring /lili Support the senior management in the preparation of the budget and the forecast.
/lili Review/prepare general ledger reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
/lili Comply with internal audit requests for information.
/lili Implementation and usage of corporate reporting tools.
/lili Prepare detailed analysis on the inventory and the account receivable outstanding.
/lili Support the Group Controller in the monthly check that the Internal Control System for all legal entities within the Group is correctly applied.
/li /ul pb EDUCATION SKILLS: /b /pulli Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
/lili Fluent English and Italian, any other language is an advantage.
/lili Familiarity with Oracle or Tagetik is an advantage.
/lili Advanced Excel skills are essential.
