As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for our ECG (Electrocardiogram) Portfolio, you will play a critical role in ensuring our healthcare partners across Southern Europe realize the full value of our solutions. You will manage end-to-end customer implementations, drive customer adoption, and execute strategic retention plans with a focus on Italy, France, and Spain. While Spain has a strong market share with Philips ECG, there is a strategic need to accelerate growth in Italy and France, which will be your primary focus. This role is ideal for a proactive, multilingual professional with strong project management skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for digital health technologies. You should have high energy and enjoy being part of a diverse, international team with a good sense of humor. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
Your role includes:
* Customer Implementation & Project Management: Lead onboarding and deployment of Philips ECG solutions from kick-off to go-live across hospitals and healthcare facilities. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality implementation. Manage project plans, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communications. Collaborate with departments like Hospital, Patient Monitoring, and Enterprise Informatics. KPIs: implementation time, customer and partner satisfaction.
* Customer Success & Retention: Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on pay-per-use models like SaaS. Monitor usage metrics, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes to realize value. Represent the voice of the customer within Philips to drive product and process improvements. KPIs: churn rate, account growth.
* Regional Collaboration & Strategy: Act as a regional expert and liaison for success initiatives in Italy, France, and Spain. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify upsell opportunities and represent Philips at regional events.
You are a great fit if you have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field (Master's preferred)
* At least 5 years of experience in customer success, project management, or healthcare technology deployment
* Proven experience managing complex B2B healthcare or clinical software deployments
* Strong understanding of hospital workflows, cardiology, or ECG monitoring (highly desirable)
* Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French and Spanish is a strong plus
* PMP or similar certification is a plus
* Willingness to travel up to 40% within the region
