Palermo FC is looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Fan Programme Manager to own and develop fan engagement initiatives across the club's ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and commercial, and is responsible for shaping how fans engage with the club across digital and physical touchpoints. You will design and deliver initiatives that drive engagement, strengthen retention, and increase long-term fan value. You will take end-to-end ownership of these initiatives, working closely with Marketing, Ticketing, Retail, Tech, and Finance to ensure they are effectively integrated and consistently delivered across the fan experience. What you'll be doing Define and evolve engagement mechanics, including incentives and fan journeys across key touchpoints Manage the setup, QA, and continuous optimisation of campaigns within relevant platforms Ensure seamless integration of engagement initiatives across ticketing, retail, and digital Analyse fan behaviour and engagement trends, translating insights into concrete improvements Lead the development and execution of partner activations within fan-facing initiatives Own performance tracking, cost management, and overall effectiveness xdwybme of engagement initiatives What you'll need Experience in loyalty, CRM, customer marketing, or similar commercial roles Clear written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end in a hands-on environment Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive decisions and improvements
