OverviewExperteer Overview. As Winding Program Technical Lead, you'll steer a portfolio of R&D winding projects across power transformers, HVDC converter transformers, and shunt reactors. You'll mentor engineers, set technical standards, and coordinate planning, budgeting, and risk management to deliver innovative winding solutions. You'll collaborate with global R&D centers, factories, and partners to drive continuous improvement and align with Hitachi Energy's mission in energy infrastructure.
