Functional Analyst: For the expansion and strengthening of the staff at the Rome office, HSPI is looking for junior resources to be included in the role of Functional Analyst. Main Responsibilities: Study of enterprise service management processes; Study of international reference frameworks (ITIL, COBIT); Application of processes to real case studies; Definition of functional requirements to be shared with the client and subsequently with the system integrator.
