How You Will Contribute? VIP Relations * Develop and implement a global VIP strategy to increase brand visibility and cultural relevance. * Create and nurture a distinctive community of influential talents, cultural figures, and brand ambassadors through relationships, seasonal partnerships, and long-term collaborations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agencies, celebrity stylists, costume designers etc. * Oversee all aspects of VIP dressing, from sketch to red carpet. * Lead the global product placement strategy for VIPs in key markets, ensuring alignment with the brand's positioning, objectives and market needs. * Strategise and oversee product placement in television, film, and digital content worldwide. * Support regional PR teams in developing and executing local VIP initiatives. * Manage all contracts and agreements related to VIP partnerships, ensuring best practices and compliance. Influence & Community * Lead the global influence strategy, ensuring brand presence across key digital and social channels through culturally relevant voices. * Develop and execute community-driven social strategies that amplify brand narrative and product visibility. * Identify and foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), content creators, and emerging digital talents aligned with the brand's values. * Oversee the execution of innovative product placement strategies, ensuring impactful visibility across social media and digital platforms. * Collaborate with global marketing, merchandising and PR teams to integrate influencer activations into broader brand initiatives, including campaign launches and product drops. * Drive and support local community strategies, ensuring relevance in diverse markets while maintaining global consistency. * Monitor and analyse the impact of influencer and community-driven initiatives, providing insights to optimise future strategies. Who you are? * Minimum 8 years experience in PR & Communication * Proven record in a leading global fashion brand or PR agency in the luxury industry * Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English * Strong Interpersonal skills and negotiation * Team worker; able to understand different needs and good problem solving attitude * Proactive thinker, able to streamline actions to different contexts when possible * Strong organizational skills; excellent time management * Precise and rigorous Why work with us?
