Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical customer support, including on-site assistance to hospital customers, which may occur during weekends and overnight hours.
* Escalate complex issues to greater levels of technical support as needed.
* Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma preferred.
* Willingness to travel in Emilia Romagna and hold a valid driving license.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian.
* Ability to work independently and as a team player.
