Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus)
* 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a retail company or beauty sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
