PWe offer an interesting opportunity to join our strongQuality Operations /strongteam, based in Bussolengo (VR) as strongQuality Control Engineer /strong, reporting to the Supplier Quality Engineer Supervisor, on a full-time permanent contract. /ppbr/ppAs part of the Quality Team, you will be responsible for defining, approving, and managing control cycles, First Article Inspections (FAI), and supplier returns to ensure that all purchased materials and components fully comply with required quality standards. This role provides continuous technical and operational support to the incoming quality control team, ensuring proper execution of inspection activities and adherence to established procedures. /ppbr/ppYou will manage scrap and rejection activities by conducting root cause analysis, defining corrective and preventive actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce waste and improve process robustness. You will work closely with all internal departments and Suppliers, External laboratories. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat will your contribution be? /strong /ppbr/pulliSupport the Incoming Inspection team, ensuring proper execution of inspections and adherence to defined procedures. /liliDevelop and maintain control plans for incoming products, defining appropriate inspection criteria and test methods. /liliEnsure accurate execution of First Article Inspections (FAI) and routine incoming inspections. /liliManage scrap activities by conducting root cause analysis /liliCollaborate with RD and ISC teams to resolve technical issues and optimize inspection processes. /liliMonitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving assigned quality KPIs, contributing actively to overall product reliability, process stability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. /liliSupport third-party audits and inspections (e.g. Notified Bodies, customers, Competent Authorities) by preparing relevant incoming inspection documentation and actively participating in audit sessions when required. /liliProvide technical support in the management of product/process change requests and updates quality control plan or quality control activities. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to incoming inspection processes. /liliTravel will be necessary, national and international (20%-30%) /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat are we looking for? /strong /ppbr/pulliPreferred technical degree or master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical discipline. /liliA previous experience of 2/3 years in a similar role is required, preferably in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, automotive). /liliAdvanced knowledge of English and Italian /liliStrong knowledge of technical drawings and ability to interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and inspection standards /liliStrong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to quality risk prevention /liliAbility to analyze failure rates, nonconformities, and quality trends /liliProblem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions /liliCapability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams /liliStrong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, RCA, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA). /liliKnowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and 21 CFR Part 820 requirements related to supplier control. /liliExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. /liliProficiency in general Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat soft skills will you improve? /strong /ppbr/pulliAbility to work precisely according to procedures, rules, and regulations /liliStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. /liliGood interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. /liliAdherence to timelines and result result-oriented attitude /liliOrderliness and attention to detail /liliAccountability for the assigned tasks /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat will you find? /strong /ppbr/pulliFriendly, warm, and innovative atmosphere /liliHealthy, inspiring, and international and inclusive work environment /liliTraining and development opportunities /liliSmart working model (two days per week) /liliCompetitive reward packages /liliSocial and company events /liliWellbeing initiatives (welfare) /liliCanteen /liliBenefits (Pension Fund- Health Insurance) /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we offer? /strong /ppbr/pulliThis is a full-time job /liliThe contract is a permanent contract /liliSalary package range: 40.000/45.000 euro* /li /ulp*The package will be evaluated based on the experience of the person /p
