ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for motivated, curious and enterprising resources, to join us at our Logistis Hub in Sedico, Belluno (Italy). These will be your major responsibilities: - Coordinate your team in achieving the operational and logístical standards of the entire center, with a focus on the automation part of the plant; - Collaborate with the Capacity Manager in planning and optimizing the use of resources with the aim of maximizing daily logístical performance; - Promotes activities and projects aimed at improving the results of the center, including the deployment of the evolutionary steps of automation; - Coordinate the inventory activity of the entire Distribution Center; - Monitoring, control and sharing of plant and automation operational KPIs - Carries out periodic or ad hoc analyzes aimed at understanding trends or specific events (with particular focus on the daily performance of the Distribution Center). It's a very challenging environment, where changes happen on a daily (and even hourly) basis. PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Each and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company. You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and: - Engineering degree (management, IT, mechanical); - Experience of at least 2/3 years in coordination roles and / or responsibilities in the field of Production or Logistics; - Good knowledge of complex production and distribution processes (preferable knowledge of automatic warehouses); - Good knowledge of warehouse inventory logic; - Excellent knowledge of IT tools, especially advanced Office package; - Excellent ability to analyze complex data; - Good knowledge of WMS software (preferential); - Ability to manage and motivate groups of people to achieve goals; - Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization; - Initiative and leadership; - Results orientation; - Good knowledge of written and spoken English; - You can't survive without your Ray-Bans, and Oakley, and Vogue, and Persol WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
