The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

Job Description:
You will
1. Be an active member of a consolidated team with a scope of 360° consultancy
2. Deliver omnichannel media plan given a budget and a media objective
3. Provide a daily support to Client lead in responding to Client requirements
4. Report and support Client in daily workflow
5. Deliver the competitive analysis and market insight (focus luxury) to elevate consultancy tasks
Responsibilities
6. Manage the operative relationship with assigned clients
7. Planning and media management (offline and online integrated) according to the guidelines supplied by the Manager
8. Competitive analysis
9. Active participation in the definition of communication strategies, according to the guidelines supplied by the Client Manager
10. Coordination with creative agencies for adv materials
11. Coordination with media owners for assigned spaces with focus on Print OOH and Key market partners (On + Offline)
12. Participation to meetings with clients and market stakeholder
Requirements
13. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in media planning (agency Media or Brand Internal media team), must offline nice to have on line
14. Management of international Client with a structured reporting workflow
15. Operative Knowledge of media tools (MCS/Nielsen)
16. High propensity in teamwork
17. Good knowledge of English spoken and written
18. Accuracy, precision, attention to details
19. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
20. Proactivity
21. Problem solving approach
