They will be responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.Additionally, the candidate will oversee stock management in terms of KPIs, corporate guidelines, and procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining impeccable stock levels, minimizing stock losses, and implementing directives from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.RESPONSIBILITIESWelcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience.Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and digital tools.Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.Maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual displays, complying with operational guidelines and stock procedures.Contribute to security measures to prevent theft.Ensure product safety during handling and storage.Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and product preparation for sales.Organize stock counts and stock-takes accurately.Track product flow using the SAP system.Manage stockroom activities related to repairs and markdowns.Ensure proper processing of returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following guidelines and deadlines.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSHigh affinity for luxury products.Strong sense of responsibility.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Organized and detail-oriented.Mature and assertive demeanor.Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.Interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
