Duties
Company focus is on providing customers with products and services to optimize the discovery and safety of new medicines and compounds.
The selected resource, reporting directly to the Director Operation & Services Large Animals Europe, will define and support the Company strategies and medical surveillance of the animals.
Responsibilities
•Focused to manage the variances from plan with regard on quality, performance and cost
•Managing site operations to ensure production goals and customer expectation on contract projects are met
•Daily interaction with Customer Service
•Monitoring strict implementation of defined work instruction
•Conducting site visits and inspections
•Approving procedure revisions
•Control Colony Manager program
•Reviewing service contract projects
•Managing site budget and inventory plan
•Suggesting operational process changes
•Issuing alarm call lists for the site
•Ensuring site is implementing and following ISO 9002 and company policies
•Providing supervisors with direction for special production processes
•Initiating and participating in operation audits
•Interacting with Human Resources department in order to implement policies and resolve / discuss pertinent site related issues
•Training, development, and evaluation of individuals reporting to position Have a good working knowledge of the various corporate operations and functions
