OverviewContract Operations Specialist role at Propio Language Services (provider of interpretation, translation, and localization services). This position supports the contract lifecycle from intake to execution and renewal, ensuring agreements are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies. This role is designed for early-career professionals with strong organizational skills and an interest in legal operations, procurement operations, or contract management.ResponsibilitiesManage the full contract lifecycle in Salesforce, including intake, routing, review, execution, tracking statuses, deadlines, expirations, and renewals; escalate delays when neededUse Salesforce to track contract requests, opportunity records, approval workflows, and maintain accurate contract data and recordsApply company policies, approval matrices, and version control to all contract work while maintaining accurate records and document historyIdentify and improve contract workflows by supporting updates to tools, templates, SOPs, and creating checklists and job aids to streamline recurring tasksPartner with sales, procurement, finance, and operations teams to collect information and resolve contract questionsServe as a resource for internal stakeholders on contract processes and system navigationGenerate contract-related reports using Salesforce and CLM tools (e.g., contract volume, turnaround time, renewal notices) and analyze trends to support leadership decision-makingPrepare, edit, and format contracts, amendments, and SOWs using approved templates while applying company policies, approval matrices, version control, and compliance standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, legal studies, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)Up to 5 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, sales operations, procurement operations, or similar rolesFamiliarity with contract terminology and common agreement structuresStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and document organizationClear communication skills and comfort working across multiple teamsStrong organizational habits with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritiesProcess-driven thinkingProfessional discretion and confidentialityAdaptability and willingness to learnPreferredHands-on experience with Salesforce as a CRMExperience with a CLM tool (e.g., Ironclad, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft)Basic understanding of approval workflows and contract review processesIntermediate skills with Microsoft Word and basic skills with Excel or basic reporting tools such as PowerBIExperience in a fast-paced or compliance-focused environmentSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeContractJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesTranslation and Localization
