Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you!
The objective?

Interviews(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).
During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.
We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test.

Job descriptionAs aBiomedical Engineer Consultantin Mirandola, you will bring your expertise in materials science and biomedical engineering to support leading clients in the medical devices sector.
Your role will focus on the characterization, verification, and validation of biomedical components, ensuring compliance with high-quality standards in a highly innovative and regulated environment.
Your missionsApply your background inbiomedical engineering, chemical engineering, or materials scienceto contribute to R&D; and validation projects.
Conduct advancedcharacterization of fibers, membranes, and biomedical parts.
Performverification and validationactivities on biomedical devices and components.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Provide technical support and share expertise with client stakeholders and internal project teams.
Your profileBiomedical Engineering degreewith specialization in materials (or equivalent in Chemical Engineering / Materials Science).
PhDin the field of fiber or membrane characterization.
5–6 years of professional experiencein biomedical or related industries.
Proven expertise inmaterials characterization, verification, and validation.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in regulated environments.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
