Commercial & Pricing Processes and Tools Manager We are looking for a **Business Process Owner**for the** sales agreement management process**to design and establish our future global customer agreements management process as part of the sales lifecycle. This covers both frame agreements (multi-order, long-term conditions) and projects agreements (one-off, large or complex contracts). You will define processes that secure compliance, ensure seamless execution in quotes and orders, and integrate pricing, terms & conditions, and rebate frameworks. This role comes at a unique moment in our journey: while you initially join ABB, you will transition into our new standalone company following the planned carve out and ownership change to SoftBank Group. This offers the opportunity to combine the reach and expertise of ABB with the entrepreneurial challenge of building a best-in-class order management process for a new, independent organization. The position is part of the Commercial and Pricing Excellence team and you will collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Pricing, and IT. To succeed, you should bring strong experience in contract or sales agreement management, knowledge of pricing and rebates, and an interest in digitalizing agreement lifecycle management. The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid. **Key Responsibilities**: - Own and define the global process for managing sales agreements across their full lifecycle (creation, renewal, execution, termination) within the M&S; value stream.
- Design optimized workflows that balance customer experience, efficiency, and profitability.
- Establish governance for Frame and Project agreements, ensuring accurate linkage to quotes and orders.
- Integrate agreement terms with Q2O processes to ensure compliance and seamless execution.
- Collaborate on digital enablement, defining requirements for contract automation and system integration.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance clause validation, negotiation, and predictive compliance.
- Ensure governance and compliance with corporate, legal, and financial standards while managing risk.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement through training, KPIs, and ongoing digital innovation. **Our Team Dynamics**:

- Proven experience in agreement or contract lifecycle management, sales operations, or pricing governance.
- Strong understanding of frame and project agreements, including pricing, terms, and rebate structures.
- Experience collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Sales on agreement design, approval, and execution.
- Knowledge of pricing and rebate frameworks and their integration with quoting and ordering processes.
- Hands-on experience with digital transformation, contract automation, or CLM tools.
- Skilled in process design, stakeholder management, and communication across global teams.
- Analytical and forward-looking, with fluency in English and a passion for digital and AI-driven agreement management. What’s in it for you?
