PMO Controller: Your role As a PMO Controller, your role will entail: Budgeting and forecasting activities (including preparation of personnel costs by area and preparation of the income statement and balance sheet), with a particular focus on cost planning; Preparation of periodic reporting, implementing fast closing procedures; Analysis of budget variances compared to the planned financial and economic objectives; Routine accounting support through the verification of the correct entry of costs and revenues into the accounting system; Activities related to the closure of the financial statements (including preparation of the explanatory notes, management report, and corporate governance report, drafting of summary schedules, and analysis of budget variances); Monitoring and evaluation of performance; Performance measurement and efficiency evaluation, working closely with line functions. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience as a Junior Controller in the Financial Services or Industrial sector. Master's degree in Management Engineering/Economics. Ability to work in a team.
