We are seeking a polished and experienced Senior Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. You will play a pivotal role in creating first and lasting impressions, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and warmly welcome guests, providing personalized and attentive service from arrival to departure
- Manage reservations efficiently using the restaurant’s booking system
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
- Assist with handling guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally
- Lead and mentor junior host staff, fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere
- Liaise closely with the management and service team to maintain smooth operations
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and presentation reflective of a luxury brand
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a hostess or front-of-house supervisory role, preferably within luxury dining or hotel environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
- Proficiency in reservation and table management systems
- Fluency in English;
additional languages are a plus
- Polished appearance and demeanor, with a passion for delivering impeccable guest service
