Your Mission:
* Wine Ambassadorship: Guide guests through tastings and provide expert advice on wine selection.
* Sales & Hospitality: Manage direct sales in the shop while ensuring a high-end visitor experience.
* Estate Tours: Lead visitors through the modern cellar, explaining the harmony between nature and technology.
* Visual Merchandising: Organize and maintain the product displays to reflect the brand's premium standards.
What We're Looking For:
* F&B Background: Solid experience in food and beverage service.
* Communication Skills: The ability to tell the story of the territory and its wines professionally.
* Soft Skills: Team spirit, flexibility, and a genuine passion for the Tuscan winemaking tradition.
