We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Customer Service & Logistics Direction. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
1. Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to customer service and logistics performance;
2. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics and KPIs;
3. Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify eventual inefficiencies;
4. Collaborate in identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement through data-driven analysis;
5. Collaborate with the main stakeholders inside and outside the Direction.
Requirements:
6. Degree in Economics, Statistics or Management Engineering;
7. At least 1 year of experience as Business Analyst, better if in Fashion & Luxury companies;
8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel and BI tools (Business Object or similar);
9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
10. Knowledge of another language will be considered a plus;
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
12. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies;
