About the Role
* This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR expert to work on complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as our in-house HR expert for Italy and Europe, handling all complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Own and drive employee lifecycle management: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
* Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
Requirements:
* International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
* Data-driven: you challenge the status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.
* Enjoy working with people, possess a strong service mindset, and thrive on listening to and helping others solve problems, with the ability to provide effective solutions in complex situations.
Interview Process:
* Preliminary Screening: HR communication.
* First-round Interview: Video interview with the department head to assess fit.
* Final-round Interview: Video interview with the company's CEO about the position and career development.
