Position: Real Estate, Infrastructures & Maintenance Manager

We operate at major Italian airports including Milan Malpensa, Linate, Fiumicino, and Venice, collaborating with over 80 airlines and prestigious international companies.
We are seeking a Real Estate, Infrastructures & Maintenance Manager for our company Fiumicino Logistica Europa srlu (BU Air Cargo).
In this key role, you will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring, managing, and coordinating the proper implementation by suppliers of all routine and extraordinary maintenance processes;
2. Ensuring the correct production and archiving of technical documentation related to all tools and systems;
3. Collaborating and supporting other company functions involved with infrastructure activities such as HR, HSE, Quality, Security, Compliance, Operations;
4. Guaranteeing the correct safety levels of the infrastructures and vehicles managed;
5. Monitoring the fleet of handling equipment, supervising its usage conditions and efficiency, and managing related documentation for restoration activities;
6. Ensuring proper sizing and appropriate types of equipment necessary for operational activities;
7. Managing documentation related to permits issued by public authorities for vehicles;
8. Defining passive contracts related to general service activities;
9. Coordinating the maintenance and infrastructure teams;
10. Proficiency in English language is required;
11. Contract: Permanent employment;
12. Salary: Commensurate with experience.
