Works in partnership with Supply Chain Team, developing and implementing effective controlling activities, processes and tools as well as providing valuable financial insights and recommendations for decision-making, propose and support initiative to reduce cost, enhance efficiency and mitigate risks over Supply chain value.
Your Mission
1. BusinessPartnering
2. Participate in the definition of the Industrial strategy, budgeting, planning by providing insights on the financial implications and cost impact
3. Ensure end to end Supply Chain P&L management from strategic planning to execution, with regular follow up with different stakeholders, define and monitor actions plan to reach the target
4. Ensure proper consolidation and understanding of Supply Chain Performance data, financials, and non-financials
Supply chain performance: industrial, Labor efficiency, Material productivity direct and indirect
5. Product manufacturing costs and quality, analysis, Benchmark, New Product Launch impacts
Factories utilization, Opex analysis
6. Capex Management: Investment/Divestment
7. Inventories Management: Cash flow analysis
8. Support decisions with high quality financial expertise
9. Develop the financial acumen across the Supply Chain community, advice and challenge the different stakeholders to develop their ownership on the financial area and maximize the overall efficiency of our Industrial operations
Interface with central / regional / portfolio, others business organization to improve the reliability and availability of financial reporting and measurements on Equipment
Transformation
10. Define and Improve the SupplyChain Profit and Loss
Implement a productivity Toolwith Year-on-Year analysis on Changes, improve transparency and create thetrust with our business stakeholders
11. Simplify and create thebridge with the business performance and Group P&L
12. Lead and drive the digitalFinance transformation in our supply chain site
13. Participate to One Finance Programme:Speed our digitization journey, implement RPA, BA, BI
Your Profile
14. Master degree or equivalent in Finance
15. A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Controlling
16. Strong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of International FinancialReporting Standers (IFRS) accounting principles
17. Reports design experience in Qlik Sense Analytics as a plus
18. Experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/ Controlling) in an international andindustrial group
19. Knowledge of controlling processes & business planning principles
20. Knowledge and/or experience of digital technologies (RPA, blockchain, BA) is anadvantage
21. Strong interpersonal skills, team player
22. Ability to work in a matrix organization

24. Fluent in English, written and spoken
