HOW WE’ll Work TOGETHER
Full‑time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon – or from wherever you feel most creative. French and English fluency is required.
YOUR MISSION 🚀
Unleash your creativity and give life to dynamic, captivating video content for our three YouTube channels: David Laroche FR (+859k subs), Paradox Sans Filtre (+69.7k subs), Paradox Business (+133k subs) and Paradox Unfiltered (+107k subs).
Our inspiration comes from Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney – brands that excel, have worldwide impact and craft experiences, not just sell products. You will play a pivotal role in helping Paradox reach that level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Produce one authoritative educational face‑cam video per month for David Laroche FR, embedding music, animations and B‑roll to simplify complex ideas and captivate audiences.
* Edit two celebrity or expert interviews per month for Paradox Sans Filtre and one CEO/expert interview for Paradox Business, focusing on smooth audio mixes and multicam video for a seamless experience.
* Craft Hollywood‑style trailers to hook viewers for each interview.
* Drive brainstorming sessions, bringing proactive and original ideas to the table and guiding the editing style to give each channel its unique essence while upholding Paradox’s value of creating awe.
* Adhere to specific standards and checklists to guarantee Netflix or cinema‑level quality, reflecting our commitment to hosting the best CEOs and most famous guests.
EXPERIENCE
* +2 years of YouTube video editing experience, capable of independently tackling complex editing challenges across various software platforms.
* Excellent command of Adobe Premiere Suite, with some knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
* Experience creating long and short videos for social media, with a strong portfolio.
* Experience creating animations in videos; motion‑design is a real plus.
* Embodies Paradox’s core values, particularly “create awe,” aiming for industry‑leading quality while meeting YouTube’s standards.
