The intern will gain exposure to pilot plant, laboratory and R&D; processes, with the opportunity to actively participate in the early development and testing of new product concepts. Support the creation of a structured database by collecting and organizing data from external sources (e.g. Mintel/GNPD) and mapping existing shelf‐stable products available on the market.Contribute to the analysis of basic physicochemical characteristics in collaboration with internal laboratories, with the aim of building an integrated database (market insights + technical information).Support the exploration of new shelf‐stable pasta‐based meal concepts (dry and wet), contributing to the consolidation of internal know‐how and supporting future innovation proje
