Senior ControllerA key role in ensuring accuracy and consistency of economic and financial data, supporting the CFO in strategic decisions and process optimization.Main Responsibilities- Manage product cost accounting and full industrial costing.- Analyze variances, margins, and production KPIs.- Handle monthly and quarterly closings with intercompany reconciliations.- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.- Support the management consolidation process.- Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and other departments for cost control and evaluation of new projects.- Improve information flows and analysis tools (ERP, BI, advanced Excel).Requirements- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.- 5–8 years of experience in industrial and financial controlling.- Knowledge of cost accounting principles, OIC/IFRS standards, and consolidation processes.- Excellent command of Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Business Central or similar), and reporting/BI tools.- Good knowledge of English.Soft Skills- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.- Ability to work cross-functionally.- Proactive approach and continuous improvement orientation.We offer: A central role in a musical, technological, and dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and real impact on the company's financial results.
