We’re looking for someone who understands user behavior, conversion psychology, and how to turn websites and funnels into measurable business growth.
This is a highly execution-focused role centered around CRO strategy, funnel analysis, UX improvements, experimentation, and performance optimization across both eCommerce and B2B websites.
What you'll do
* CRO Audits – Conducting conversion rate optimization audits for both DTC and B2B businesses, identifying friction points and opportunities across the funnel;
* Ecommerce Performance Analysis – Analyzing key metrics, diagnosing underperforming areas, and building structured plans to improve results through A/B testing;
* Landing Page Strategy & Wireframing – Designing landing page structures with a conversion-first mindset, applying UX and copywriting best practices before any design work begins
* Loom audits – Recording high-level video audits for potential leads, highlighting quick wins and CRO opportunities tailored to their specific site or funnel;
* Heatmap & Session Recording Analysis – Using tools like Microsoft Clarity to understand user behavior and identify drop-off patterns;
* Funnel Mapping – Identifying where users disengage across the customer journey and prioritizing areas for improvement;
* Copy Review & Optimization – Evaluating and improving headlines, CTAs, and value propositions to increase relevance and conversions;
* UX & Friction Analysis – Assessing forms, checkout flows, and navigation to remove barriers to conversion;
* Competitor Analysis – Benchmarking conversion strategies against competitors to identify gaps and opportunities;
* Post-Purchase Flow Optimization – Improving upsell, cross-sell, and retention sequences after the initial conversion;
* Reporting – Tracking KPIs and presenting insights;
* Cross-functional Collaboration – Working with design and development teams to brief, implement, and QA tests and site changes.
What we're looking for
* Strong understanding of CRO, UX, and user behavior;
* Experience working with eCommerce and/or B2B websites;
* Ability to analyze funnels, session recordings, heatmaps, and conversion data;
* Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution;
* Clear communication and presentation skills;
* Experience creating landing page structures and optimization recommendations;
* Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking;
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
