Mission
Drive new business development with leading global Off-Highway accounts, including construction and agricultural equipment manufacturers. Focus on customers where SPAL currently has limited or no presence, while strengthening relationships with existing major accounts.
Efforts will be concentrated in regions where key manufacturers have decision-making centers, particularly in China, Japan, South Korea, the United States, and Europe.
Job Description and Profile
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the Off-Highway industry, working with major global OEMs (e.g., Caterpillar, John Deere, Sany, XCMG, Komatsu).
The candidate must bring an active network of senior-level contacts, including executives, within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and drive new business opportunities by leveraging high-level relationships and SPAL's product portfolio and engineering capabilities across multiple applications, such as oil cooling, engine and motor cooling, and HVAC systems.
Collaborate on specific targets agreed upon with the CEO, Commercial Strategy Team, Global Market Managers, and Subsidiary Management.
Establish and strengthen strategic global relationships with major Off-Highway accounts to identify opportunities and promote SPAL products (fans and e-pumps).
