****The opportunity
**The Legal Contract Management Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of various legal contracts, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation across the organization.
**How you'll make an impact
*** Analyze, draft, review, and support negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts (including sales agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements), with a strong focus on data accuracy, structured information, and contract lifecycle insights, in collaboration with business and functional stakeholders.
* Own and manage the BU Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, ensuring high-quality data entry, contract metadata consistency, version control, and document accessibility, while continuously improving data governance and system usability.
* Develop, monitor, and maintain contract-related datasets and dashboards, providing actionable insights on contract status, turnaround times, compliance trends, and risk exposure to support business decision-making.
* Support the design, implementation, and optimization of contract management policies, processes, and data standards, aiming to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance reporting reliability.
* Conduct contract compliance audits and risk assessments using data-driven methodologies, identifying patterns, gaps, and potential issues, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
* Prepare and present regular reports and ad hoc analyses on contract performance, compliance, KPIs, and volumes for management and cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business insights.
* Act as a key point of reference for contract data quality, process analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting automation and scalability of contract management activities.
**Your Background
*** Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and/or contract management, preferably within a large multinational corporation.
* Proven experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software and systems.
Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and legal terminology.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
