LHH Per azienda cliente siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un Governance ? System Engineer. Responsabilità As a member of the Engineering & Innovation Governance team for systems engineering and digitalization, the candidate will support various development programs and concept studies to spread and innovate systems engineering methodologies and tools. This includes first-hand production of systems engineering artifacts, coaching to experts of different technical domains, and administration of tools and databases. The candidate will support the production of the following artifacts: systems engineering plans, requirement specifications, mission functional analysis and architecture descriptions in MBSE SysML language, requirements validation and verification summaries in accordance with ARP4754/ED-79, and artifacts change control logs. He/she will also tailor processes, templates, and libraries according to the specific needs of each development program. The candidate will frequently interact with multiple teams to exchange technical and program data, answer support requests about systems engineering tools and methods, and provide tutoring and training sessions. Profilo Requirements: As a minimum, the candidate will have the following qualifications and experiences: 1. MSc in engineering or physics. Aeronautical engineering degree is plus. 2. 1-3 years work experience in the definition of or demonstrating compliance to requirements in the context of large programs focused on safety-critical or mission-critical systems. 3. Systemic thinking, including: focus on stakeholder needs, consideration of through-life impacts from engineering choices, ability to model complex problems and technical data and synthesize them in simple structures and reports 4. Good communication and negotiation skills. 5. Fluent Italian and English. 6. European Citizenship.
